Hispanics are the biggest minority in the USA. Voting largely democrat, some two-thirds of this 40 million-strong community are of Mexican origin. San Diego-based Rodriguez family crossed the border from Tijuana, Mexico in the late 80s. They are now integrated in the American society. But even though California isn't a swing state, some of the members of the Rodriguez family were politically engaged in the week running up to the election, supporting John Kerry.
