In the meantime, a growing number of young people is searching a way off the country, passing illegally the frontier with Sudan then trying to get to the Lybian coasts, from which to ship directed to Italy. Those, just like the 200 exiles disembarked in Malta in 2002, are repatriated end up imprisoned as deserter and compelled to forced labors.
