Shubhani (24) going home in a rickshaw after finishing her lessons. She is from Delhi and used to work as a flight attendant. It is two months now since she moved to Mumbai and enrolled at the Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting School. Her day starts at 7:30am with fight lessons and finishes about 10:00 at night with an extra dance class. She hopes after finishing the course to work in the movies.

Every day 250 young Indians, boys and girls, move to Mumbai with the dream of conquering one of the biggest glamour industries in the world. Only a handful will be successful but that does not stop them from coming.

Countless stars of the Indian silver screen have passed through Mumbai, learning their trade in one of the several acting academies that have taken advantage of the lure of Bollywood.
